Data Request for Student Organizations
Summary
The Office of the Registrar in collaboration with the Office of Student Involvement now provides student organizations with the opportunity to submit their data requests via a web-based form. This form is to be used exclusively by student organizations who are seeking to obtain the data for the purposes of recruiting prospective students to their organizations. Requests require the review and the approval of the Associate Dean for Students before being submitted to the Office of the Registrar for processing. The Office of the Registrar requires an expense refund fee in the amount of $150.00 for each list. The Registrar’s Office provides information on the handling of student organization data requests on their data request webpage. This webpage outlines the procedures for both student organizations as well as honors societies.
